Welcome to Art 77 Gallery – a labor of love inspired by a lifelong connection to art, culture, and the compelling stories of artists. My journey into this world has been anything but conventional. Though not formally trained, my education came through immersive experiences – in museums across continents, through relationships with artists, and by curating and managing exhibitions firsthand.
Being born in Pakistan and having lived across Southeast Asia, I developed a deep appreciation for the diversity, complexity, and richness of Asian art. This platform was born from a desire to stay connected to my roots, while also sharing the creative expressions of artists from Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond. Since 1995, I’ve been drawn to the voices of artists shaped by their national and personal landscapes, and it became my mission to bring their stories to light.
Art 77 Gallery isn’t just a digital space – it’s a living platform that uplifts emerging and established artists, encourages cultural dialogue, and fosters community through art. I personally connect with each artist, curating works that are thought-provoking, joyful, or intellectually stimulating. My aim is to educate, inspire, and support – providing artists with a global stage, buyers with deeper insight, and communities with shared cultural narratives.
With plans to introduce Malaysian artists and officially launch the gallery by 2026, the journey continues to be exciting and full of purpose. My past in business aviation and logistics taught me strategic thinking; my passion for people, travel, and culture brings soul to the platform. Through Art 77, I hope to spark conversations, support creativity, and build lasting bridges through the universal language of art.
